Talk to Anisa, the historian in Cademia. Ask her about "Sapphire."

How to solve

Go to the graveyard in Catamarca. On a broken tombstone is the name of Alaric's mother. You can tell it's her tombstone, because the year on it is around 200. Go to LandKing Hall. Ask Alaric about the name on the tombstone. He should say that he remembers his mother. Go back to Anisa. Tell her "Sapphire."
